Our admin team sends a clear class confirmation including timetable, platform/location, teacher info and class rules, so parents know exactly when, where and how the lessons will run.

A PrimeTutor centre teacher conducts the stage test 1-on-1, and we record video or audio of the assessment. This helps us clearly see the student’s pronunciation, thinking process and real-time reaction.

We refine the plan after every checkpoint.

After the test, we prepare a clear report for parents: what the student has improved, what is still challenging, and concrete suggestions. Then we adjust the course plan and materials for the next stage.
